This Barbering Course is for existing barbers and hairdressers who want to deliver cutting edge male grooming for their clients. Through interactive demonstration and practical experience, students will learn advanced contemporary techniques.


This refresher barbering course will update you on male grooming in the industry, so you can make sure your clients receive a luxury barbering experience.


Course Criteria:


- Health and Safety.
- Current trend gents' cutting using advanced techniques and alternative clipper blades.
- Demonstration by the educator.
- Two practicals on live models.
- Neckline detailing using an open blade razor (this is simulated using un-bladed razors).
- Preparation to shave routine.
- Barbering service options.


Entry/Course Requirements:


- NVQ/VRQ Level 2 or equivalent in hairdressing/barbering, or have at least 1 year of experience.
- You are required to provide two live models, one at 1pm and then a second at 3pm (models must be 18+ with 3.5cms of hair).


Please also bring a toolkit containing the following:


- Scissors.
- Combs.
- Hair dryer.
- Clippers.
- Brushes.




- Professional Hair Direct.
- The Guild of Beauty Therapists.
- ABT (Associated Beauty Therapists).
- Habia (Hair and Beauty Industry Authority).


Price: £120 ex. VAT.
CPD: 9 Points/ 6.5 hours.

This course runs from 10am - 5pm (lunch is provided).


If after booking a place you can no longer attend this course you are required to give a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice in order to receive a full refund.

Online Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

• If you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, you must inform us immediately and change your password at the first opportunity.

• Your password should be at least six characters comprising both numbers and letters in both upper and lower case.

• It is advised for security purposes that you logout of your Adel Professional account after finishing your purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving an order, unused and in original packaging and with a copy of your invoice/receipt, for a full item refund. Please inform us on the phone or via email when you want to make a return.

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any lost goods. Refunds do not include the original delivery price.
