Adel has been operating from a number of our sites for over 25 years. At one stage it was managed by a number of franchisees, but these were gradually amalgamated into what we know as Adel today.

Adel, or more properly, the full title is Adel (Cash & Carry) Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adel Holdings Limited. Adel Holdings is a privately owned company with two directors – Roger Tyler, who is also the Managing Director of Adel (Cash & Carry) Ltd and Derek Kemp.

Adel’s mission is to source and sell a wide range of beauty products at the most competitive price.

Adel is committed to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and to delivering quality in all aspects of its service. We must be seen to respond quickly, courteously and effectively to all customer enquiries and queries. Complaints regarding any aspect of our service will be investigated and dealt with immediately.
