How it started
Creator and founder, Rosie Greenhalgh, began her Rose & Caramel journey back in 2010 from her own kitchen. Through a chance meeting with a medical herbalist, Rosie learned more and more about the skin care and product development going on in the tanning market at the time, and began an ambitious quest to create the best tanning range available.
